After the success of the first Pork Appreciation day we wanted to have some fun with something a bit more relaxed. So when you think fun you think chicken. And when you think chicken you think Portuguese. And so the Portuguese Style Chicken day was born.

With 5 different dishes our famous chef again pulled out all stops and thought of every different way to do this. To be honest, through all of her efforts I think the major star of the day was her chili sauce. Fans couldn’t get enough of it.

Talking of not getting enough –  we had Zwakala Craft beer breweries there that day as well and the taps ran all day until they ran dry. Definitely helped to have them there to not only add to the vibe but to help cool off all the guests with the famous lager and their now very well-known G +  T on tap!

Definitely a day to remember and will be done again!
