A day filled with so much fun, love, wine and of course Pork. Designed around 5 courses of Pork paired with 5 glasses of specially selected gourmet wines. But it turns into so much more than that.

With good music played either Live through bands or from the wide selection the pub has the day seems to keep giving and giving with a surprise around every corner. A day out for the whole family with the kids in mind with a Kids corner complete makes it a lot easier for the parents to relax.

With the talented Gourmet Girl – Ninia Knott as the chef this is a day for foodies and anyone who loves pork or anyone who wants to see the  versatilty of pork.

Some words from Ninia Knott the chef – The annual pork appreciation day was started by way of celebrating the versatility of meat that the glorious pig offers. From slow cooked to pan fried, from Asian to Mexican, every year we put together 5 selected meals and pair them with 5 boutique south African wines. The day brings with it sunshine, laughter,  great food, wine and live music. A celebration of life on a South African producing farm with friends and family

This is a one day of the year event that we usually try do around International Pork Day in March and there are only 130 tickets available so make sure you don’t miss out on this one!
