Pork Roast:
- Pre-heat your oven at 200 degrees
- Remove the roast from packaging.
- Put in tin foil and drizzle the remaining marinade over the roast.
- Put the covered roast in an oven pan.
- Cook the roast for an hour – covered.
- Uncover the roast and cook for another half an hour at 200 degrees.
- The last half an hour you can change your oven setting to grill – for crispy fat.
- Remove from the oven and rest for about 10min, the roast will stay hot for about an hour on the inside.
Roast Potatoes:
- Cut up the needed number of potatoes.
- Put them in a bowl of water, which then goes into the microwave for 15min.
- Once done in the microwave, drain the remaining water from the bowl.
- Shake the potatoes around in a bowl to create pointy bits on them – this makes them crispier when you grill them in the oven.
- Coat them with Aromat, Pepper and some Garlic spice.
- Grill the potatoes for 45min or until you are satisfied with the “goldness” and crispiness.
Green beans, Rosa tomatoes and Feta:
- Cover your pan with Olive Oil.
- Cut off the heads and bums of your green beans.
- Slice the Rosa tomatoes in half.
- Start frying the green beans and Rosa tomatoes in the pan.
- Spice with salt, pepper, garlic, and some lemon juice.
- When the green beans are almost cooked, add the feta, about half a block.
- Remove the beans from the heat, so they do not overcook.
