Our pork fillets are lean, tender cuts of meat and when cooked just right, juicy and succulent. Pork fillet is a tender cut, which often goes by the name ‘tenderloin’. Great for stuffing, braaiing, stir-frying, grilling or cutting into medallions. Gentle in flavour it works well with a variety of pairings including apple, honey and peanuts in addition to more spicy combinations such as ginger and soy.
Cooking tip – They can be easy to overcook, and overcooked = dry and bland.
So don’t be afraid to go medium and an extra little tip – start in the pan, end in the oven.
