I have only ever once had better marinated pork neck steaks than this BUT the cut was not as thick. The Bloemfontein Pork Neck Steak’s marinade was completely different to this obviously and the flavor was extremely good, but the cut from Flying Pig is thicker which I prefer. Definitely on my monthly shopping list every month
